Account deletion

Your Legka account is deleted at your request. So that we can verify the request comes from the account owner, please send the e-mail from the same address your account is registered to.

• •Step 1. Open the mailbox linked to your Legka account.
• •Step 2. Send an e-mail to support@legka.by with the subject "Account deletion".
• •Step 3. Wait for our confirmation e-mail — we will let you know once the account and data have been deleted.

Nothing else is required: you do not need to provide your password or any other details.

We delete your account and the associated personal data within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving your request.

If the e-mail is sent from an address other than the one your account is registered to, we cannot confirm that you are the owner and will ask you to write from the correct address.

We delete your account and profile data that you provided to the App, including:

• •e-mail address and name;
• •profile and questionnaire data: gender, height, weight, target weight, activity level;
• •food diary, meal plan and related entries;
• •food photos and voice recordings submitted for recognition;
• •coach correspondence and support request history.

A limited amount of information must be retained after account deletion, as required by law and to protect legal interests: records of payments and transactions (accounting and tax reporting), and information needed to resolve disputes and prevent abuse. Such data is kept no longer than applicable law requires and is not used to provide the App.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play or the App Store: billing is managed by the store, not by us.

• •Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions" → Legka → "Cancel subscription".
• •App Store: Settings → your name → "Subscriptions" → Legka → "Cancel Subscription".

Please cancel the subscription before sending the deletion request, otherwise the store will keep charging you.
