Privacy Policy

Legka (the "App") is published on the App Store, Google Play and AppGallery by DNK PROJECT LLC, a company registered in the United States, with its registered office at 2495 S Mason Rd, 1228, Katy, TX 77450, United States ("DNK PROJECT LLC"), which also acts as the seller of the subscription purchased inside the App. The controller responsible for the personal data processed through the App is ZOZHPROEKT LLC, registered in the Republic of Belarus (UNP 194020779, registered address: 15 Starinovskaya St., office 9n, Minsk 220056, Republic of Belarus) (the "Operator", "we", "us", "our"): the App's database and files are hosted by it, and it determines the purposes and means of processing. Legka is a fitness and nutrition application that offers a personal plan, a food diary with food recognition, meal planning and chat with a trainer. Account data: your name, email address and the sign-in identifiers provided when you log in with Sign in with Apple or Google. Health and nutrition data: your weight and body metrics, your goal, your eating habits, the entries in your food diary, photos of your meals, voice notes and information about your activity. Correspondence: messages and other content you exchange with the trainer through the App. Usage and device data: information about your device, IP address and analytics on how you use the App. Payment data: subscriptions are purchased through the app stores, so payment is processed by Apple or Google and we do not receive or store your card details. Push notification device identifier: if you allow notifications, we store the device token issued by your operating system so we can deliver messages to you; you can withdraw this permission at any time in your device settings.

We use your data to build and adjust your personal plan; to recognize and log the food you record; to operate, maintain and secure the App; to manage subscriptions purchased through the app stores; to provide customer support and to enable your chat with the trainer; to send push notifications — messages from your trainer and reminders related to your plan; to produce anonymized analytics and improve the App; and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give by creating an account and using the App, and where necessary to provide the service you request, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App, and to comply with the law. Because the App handles health and nutrition information, we process that data on the basis of your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in the "Your rights and choices" section; withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

We share personal data with service providers who help us run the App. Our infrastructure and data storage, including your photos, are hosted on servers located in Russia. We use a web analytics provider that gives us anonymized statistics about how the App is used. Apple Inc. and Google LLC act as the app stores and provide sign-in (Sign in with Apple / Google) and payment processing. Push notifications are delivered through Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (HMS Push Kit), which receive your device token and the notification title and body. We also rely on other service providers as needed to operate the App. Some of these providers may process your data outside your country. We do not sell your personal data and share it only as described in this policy.

Your personal data, including photos, is stored and processed on servers located in Russia and may also be processed by our service providers in other countries. This means your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from those of your own country. By using the App you acknowledge and consent to this transfer and processing.

We keep your personal data for as long as it is needed to provide the App and its features to you, and until you delete your account. When you delete your account, we erase your personal data, except for the limited information we are required to keep to comply with our legal obligations. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting support@legka.by.

We apply organizational and technical measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, and to withdraw a consent you previously gave. You can exercise these rights, or ask any question about your privacy, by contacting us at support@legka.by. You can also delete your account at any time to remove your data as described above.

The App is intended for people aged 16 and older. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@legka.by and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the App or otherwise make the revised policy available. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
